As previously discussed, the domain name system is used to point to a domain name server and the IP-adsresser is used to insert the IP address in the domain name system for each domain name. The domain-name system with an IP address is called an IP-domain system or an IP domain system. The term "IP domain" is used here because the domain name system with an IP address is sometimes called "IP address domain" or "IP address domain name". If you already have a domain name and IP address, you may convert this to a reverse-domain name to prevent name resolution issues during the times when you are not connecting directly to the Internet. You can also do this during the times when you are connecting through a proxy server.
